By Mark Andrews. Checked against Carmarthenshire County Council pages on 26 October 2026.

Carmarthenshire caps rubbish at three 60 litre black bags every three weeks, and you supply the bags yourself. Blue recycling bags go weekly with no limit, as does the food bin. Parts of the county move to a new separated recycling collection this autumn.
